Daan van Doorn

Daan van Doorn (16-03-1958) is a Dutch painter who has received international recognition for his works of art. He has made a name for himself by painting portraits of families and celebrities. His work was commissioned by members of parliament and the Dutch Royal Family. In 2011 and 2013 Van Doorn was selected for the BP Award at the National Portrait Gallery in London. His works were exhibited at The Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, The National Portrait Gallery in London, The Sharjah Art Museum in Dubai , Museum De Fundatie in Zwolle and Museu Europeu d'Art Modern Barcelona
